Antenatal Outreach at RSUTH

On August 19th, 2026, ONLYhealing Wellness conducted an Antenatal Outreach at Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH). Expectant mothers received education on mental health during pregnancy, including what to expect, common disorders, and when to seek help. They learned why they might feel stressed, overwhelmed, or experience mood swings, and how to distinguish normal feelings from signs that require attention.

Additionally, they received guidance on monitoring their mental well-being during pregnancy and were advised to inform their doctors about any concerns, emphasizing early intervention. ONLYhealing Wellness distributed care packages containing mental health tips, delivery mats, sanitary pads, and wipes.

This event underscores ONLYhealing Wellness’s mission to raise awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma, and connect individuals with quality mental health care.
